My name is Hanbing Lu. I’m a visual artist and educator who has been living and working as a tutor in CQUniversity, Rockhampton since 2014. Born and raised in Shanghai, I earned a bachelor's degree in art education and a master's degree in engineering.

My art practice is diverse and multi-faceted, encompassing mediums such as oil painting, printmaking, watercolour, digital art, traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting. My works are inspired by the natural beauty of Central Queensland and reflect the diverse cultural influences that I have experienced.
